Konto und Daten löschen

1. Direkt in der App (empfohlen)
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit selbst und vollständig löschen, ohne uns zu kontaktieren:
- Im Hauptmenü Account öffnen und anmelden.
- Oben rechts DELETE antippen.
- Zur Bestätigung
DELETEin das Eingabefeld tippen und bestätigen.
Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und ist nicht umkehrbar.
2. Ohne Zugriff auf dein Konto
Kommst du nicht mehr in dein Konto, schreib uns formlos von deiner registrierten E-Mail-Adresse an [email protected]. Wir löschen das Konto dann innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung.
3. Was gelöscht wird — und was bleibt

Dein lokaler Fortschritt bleibt bewusst erhalten — du spielst nach der Löschung einfach als Gast weiter. Möchtest du auch diesen entfernen, deinstalliere die App bzw. lösche die Websitedaten in deinem Browser.
Es gibt keine Aufbewahrungsfrist für gelöschte Konten. Server-Logfiles ohne Kontobezug werden unabhängig davon automatisiert nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht — Einzelheiten in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Delete your account and data
1. In the app (recommended)
You can delete your account yourself, completely, at any time and without contacting us:
- Open Account from the main menu and sign in.
- Tap DELETE in the top right corner.
- Type
DELETEinto the confirmation field and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. If you cannot access your account
Email us from your registered address at [email protected]. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
3. What is deleted — and what stays

Local progress is kept on purpose — you simply continue as a guest. To remove that as well, uninstall the app or clear the site data in your browser.
Deleted accounts are not retained for any period. Server log files, which carry no account reference, are erased automatically after a short time — see the privacy policy for details.
